I really appreciate you coming and spending some time with me as I share the little things I’ve learned on a daily basis that are helping me get back into great physical health.

I want this to be a personal space where we can come to share basic health tips, struggles, lessons learned, hacks, and maybe even to vent a little.

Why I’m doing this?

  • To share my unique perspective (as a Dad first and foremost) on things we men struggle with on a daily basis.
  • To easily help others in their daily struggles as a Dad trying to get back into healthy shape because you know life is short and want to spend as much time with your loved one’s as possible.
  • So we can learn from each other because “there’s more than one way to skin a cat”
  • And so much more…

This may change in the future; one of the great things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with each other — but it’s good to know where and why we started.

Now let me say this… I’m by no means a writer or a blogger for that matter…

But what I do have is heart and my heart is telling me to get all the knowledge that I’ve got trapped in my head out in to the world for others to learn and gain from…

That’s my pledge to you… I’m not a writer or a poet but I am here for you…

I’m hear to serve you… my audience… first and foremost!
