I got some great feedback through both channels.
It’s pretty cool too because you can use this 5 minute workout as a warmup to a longer format workout.
You can “UP” the intensity by doing it double-time and then doubling or tripling your sets.
You can really get creative with it!
Like you can take a break from your day for 5 minutes, bust out this workout, and then get back to what you were doing originally.
You’re really limited only by your imagination, to be honest with you!
