Common sense tells us most of the secrets to good health are not secrets at all. They’re generally made up of simple daily habits. These little daily habits may not be the most fun part of your day, but they’re important for good health.

A lot of people have trouble getting started with these daily habits. It’s like for some strange reason, many people believe that if they have to do something every day it must be a big deal. We want to do everything we can to get and stay healthy. This is why good daily habits are so important. Especially if you’re like me and looking to stay living and breathing as long as humanly possible.
