Hey there! It’s Isai… Welcome to my video blog. Today, we’re talking about “Bodyweight Exercises You Can Do Anywhere”.

If you’re like most working men, finding time to exercise can be tough.

That’s why I’m going to show you some simple exercises you can do anywhere, anytime.

And before we get into that, if you haven’t done so already, let me know where you’re tuning in from on this beautiful blue planet we call home.

And while you do that, I’ll jump right into this episode because I know You’d like nothing better than to get your info and get going, so let’s do it!!

Many professional working men struggle to find time to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle.

It’s not always easy to hit the gym when you have a busy work schedule and family life to balance.

The good news is that you don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get fit.

All you need is your body and a little bit of space.

Let’s start with some simple exercises that you can do right now.

First, we have push-ups. Push-ups are a great exercise for building upper body strength.

They work your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

If you’re new to push-ups, start with a modified version where you keep your knees on the ground.

As you get stronger, you can move on to a full push-up.

I suggest 5 sets of 10 if you’re just starting off. This’ll help get into the swing of things if you haven’t been working out… EVER.

Start off slow and work your way up to 10 sets of 10 or more if you feel up for it.

Next up, we have squats.

Squats are an excellent exercise for your legs and glutes.

They help build strength in your lower body and can improve your posture.

To do a squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body down as if you’re sitting in a chair.

Make sure to keep your knees behind your toes and your back straight.

Third, we have lunges. Lunges are great for your legs and core.

They help build balance and stability in your lower body.

To do a lunge, step forward with one foot and lower your body down until your front knee is at a 90-degree angle.

Keep your back knee off the ground and make sure your front knee stays behind your toes.

Lastly, we have planks. Planks are one of the best exercises for your core.

They work your abs, back, and shoulders.

To do a plank, get into a push-up position and hold your body in a straight line. Make sure to engage your core and keep your hips level.
