I had a great day today! Very quiet actually…
It started out with an insane Zone 4 workout at the gym followed by some intense focus time to work on my Podcast for you all!
And it was topped off with some QT with the family and then of course…
ThanksGiving Dinner!!
The one day of the year that you’re allowed to break all diets in the name of a national holiday.
We ought to call it “National Cheat Meal Day!”…. Hahaha
Anyway, speaking of “cheat meals” and “eating”…
Once tomorrow hits and all the festivities are over, it’s time to get back on the wagon (and back to watching what you eat!)
