How To Become Happier Through Habits
We all want to be happy, but what makes some people happy and others unhappy?
Is it the environment that they live in? Their genes? Their upbringing?
Their choice of career? Or their choice of friends?
It’s been said that the happiest people don’t necessarily have the most money or the most success, but they do have a lot of habits.
The habits of the most happy people are the same habits as those of the most successful people. But the most successful people don’t always have the most money or the most happiness.
They are happy because they know what to do, and they do it consistently.
The good news is that habits are the key to achieving success in any area of your life including health and happiness.
We all know that you can’t just decide to be happy or to be successful—you have to do the work of creating the right habits.
And if you want to change something in your life, you need to break the old habits and form new ones.
This is the core idea behind the habit loop.
And in this post, I’ll share with you some “Happiness Hacks” to help you become a happier person right now and how to create the habits that will make you happier long into the future.
So all you have to do is SMASH that PLAY button RIGHT NOW and kick your feet up as I download some motivational “Dad-Splanation” goodness directly into your brain through your headphones.
