… where Goldilocks goes for a walk into the forest and then comes across a house, opens the door, and lets herself in.
That’s a whole trespassing thing that we won’t be getting into right here (right now) but…
… there’s a part in the story where she finds three bowls of oatmeal on a table and tries the first and it’s too hot… tries the second and it’s too cold… and then eats the last bowl and it’s just right.
It’s perfect.
That’s what we’re referring to here…
… that “just right” or “perfect” amount of sleep.
Or as I labeled it, “Sleeping in the Goldilocks zone”.
