No foods are off-limits, and you feel no guilt upon eating foods that are typically labeled “good” or “bad.”
But this isn’t something you’ll get to overnight.
It’s something that you’ll likely have to work on your entire life.
It’s not different than working on a relationship with your partner, a friend, or any other meaningful person in your life.
No difference.
There’s a commitment involved.
